      - Decent pay (after promotion) - Good team - When I started in 2019 the company culture was amazing - Fully remote after COVID

      Cons

      - COVID significantly boosted growth but permanently destabilized the company - Leadership has completely lost the plot - Product reliability and performance has deteriorated which has eroded customer trust - Bug fixes are woefully delayed (often 4+ months) - Frequent layoffs resulting in permanently increased workload
