Pros

- young teammates - fun collaboration

Cons

- room for growth in unattainable, and once you reach AE level then you plateau - they make you wait about a year just to become a Sr. MDR (basically still a SDR) and then another long wait to become an AE - a lot of catty account executives (many were very unhappy) - can honestly get by doing the minimum - get ready to feel like a number

Pros

best-in-class core eSignature product that is driving the company to continue to hit revenue projections for 10 straight quarters

Cons

over-hired reps and made multiple acquisitions in the quest to build the Agreement Cloud, while failing to enact a good strategy for enabling or incentivizing reps to sell these products
