Pros

DocuSign as a company has a great culture and benefits. Also, the CEO is down to earth and would like to know and improve employees and their wellness better.

Cons

Company-wide: Executive-level politics and finger-pointing each other, rather than trying to do the right work, is somewhat pathetic. It's been >1 year since the company went on IPO and everyone still acts like a startup. Accounting-Specific: The great culture at DocuSign doesn't apply to the Accounting department. Accounting is still under the old-school ship who does not trust your professionalism. If you like 90s management style, like micromanagement, no trust from your chief, and having your butt in the chair 9 am to 4 pm every day, this is the place.

Pros

- Awesome benefits. Free health insurance for individuals, snacks, frequent food in the office, 3% 401k match, ESPP, and more! - People are really nice and positive. I feel happy to come to work every day. - Great work/life balance - Leader in a strong, growing business - Good communication and training

Cons

- Some problems were solved prior to better, open-source solutions being created so you have to work with weird, home-grown software - Process and intra-team communication can sometimes get in the way of getting things done most efficiently.

Pros

I am really impressed with the people at DocuSign in general. I see infinite potential in them. A very smart group of people, that can do anything. The CEO is amazing, he genuinely listens and works hard. He's very passionate, personable, and smart. Comparatively speaking, the compensation and benefits are good. But could be better.

Cons

Although the CEO is terrific, and most senior leaders are as well; there is some "dead weight" leaders & management that will spoil the bunch. Failure to take care of this, can cause mass exodus for good employees. Hopefully, you know which leaders / managers I speak of.
