Most of the dev work is done, it's largely maintenance work in most of the teams. Only a couple of teams are engaged in fresh dev.

Pros

Most ethical company I've ever worked for. Customer AND Employee trust is built from the bottom up and from the top down. Benefits are among the industries best, yet everyone works to keep costs reasonable. Strong advocate for giving back to the community.

Cons

Because of it's fast growth, new hire processes are not yet as polished as they could be.
