      Leadership is not transparent about outside factors that effect the goals of the sales team, Attainment requirements change frequently and often without valid explanation, Insufficient training for what the role requires, Strategy for achieving sales comes down to the individual -> many of the org-wide messages for opportunity generation and success do not resonate with the customer, Often pushing deals for products that the customer does not need

      - The product is great, it's the best in the industry and is extremely intuitive to use. The product team is continuing to innovate and expand our offerings. - The leadership team is reducing overlap and redundancy.

      Cons

      - Morale is not good after the layoffs and with the return to office plan. Most people feel like the plan is to force attrition.
