Pros

Employee sentiment seems to be at an all time low currently. Mostly because of take home pay decrease over the past year.

Cons

A lot of "we will do this" and "we will do that", but mostly reshuffling of existing management at a general glance.

Pros

Ok pay and the people you work with are ok. Some of the tech in the company is cool to work with. Good work life balance for the most part.

Cons

The majority of the legacy tech (majority of the company) is a travesty to work with. Tons of tribal knowledge due to lack of documentation, employee retention, and rapid growth. There seems to be very little buy in to move from in house solutions to cloud native or at the very least industry standard ones. Apps need refactored prior to moving to the cloud, not afterwards.

Pros

Amazing benefits. Plenty of PTO, fully paid for PPO insurance, stock plan. Good people who really make a great overall company culture. I work remote for the most part, yet feel like I'm connected with the organization, and particularly my entire team.

Cons

Some aspects of the comp plan need to be reworked.
