Pros

+ Probably a decent company to start out with + Flexible work/life balance

Cons

- Low pay - Poor leadership - Disorganized teams - No focus on virtual teambuilding/engagement - People seemed to just be pretending to be productive or lacked the ability to execute (lack of leadership/accountability)

Pros

The work-life balance here is amazing and the company seems to genuinely care about its employees. I met some great people here.

Cons

It's a highly sales-led culture and marketing is often reactive to immediate sales needs. So if sales pipeline is lagging, marketing has to spin up a bunch of low-intent webinar garbage. The company missed a major opportunity to build a category in the Agreement Cloud and as a result is stuck in it's eSignature positioning, which is getting commoditized.

Great company culture, and lots of resources to support you

Cons

Unrealistic quotas as the market demand has shifted
