With this new leadership team, employees feel more insecure. cutting down benefits (took away more than a week worth company time off), forcing RTO without considering employees safety. Employee survey - forcing everyone to take surveys that are pretty much useless. Don't really address employees concerns - during all hands meeting q&a session, leaders were laughing at some of the main questions employees truly care about. That was definitely not a good look. Corporate politics is a common thing but DS has brought it to a different level. Managers no longer there to support but more of trying to keep more people under their umbrella. lots of favoritism. Barely any promotion opportunities. Leadership team spent too much time on PR related stuff such as emphasizing diversity, LGBTQ. Product - really nothing new just keep repeating the script which makes employees wonder where we see DocuSign in the next few years.
