Hard to hit quota depending on what market you are working, but it's almost impossible so you are living off of your base salary. Additionally training I thought had prepared me for the role, but myself along with my colleagues who were in the same training class as well, felt unprepared for producing meetings and hitting quota.

Operationally, the company is experiencing a lot of change to position itself better for the customers. It’s not always fun for everyone to go through these changes. But I think necessary.
