Pros

Working alongside exceptional peers who want you to succeed

Cons

Lack of transparency from leadership: once the executive suite was replaced everything changed. Head of HR and new CEO fail to be transparent about internal changes and label it as “miscommunication”. Told us no layoffs were occurring only to have 9% of the company let go, along with 9 paid company days off taken away during peak burnout AND our health benefits that were once free coming at a cost. Not the DocuSign I joined and loved — once the stock crashed so did the company culture
