Pros
New leadership is very focused on simplifying strategy and sticking to the basics. Taking the best parts of the org, and making them better. Still the best solution in the space, a product and platform all can get behind. Customers love the brand and product. Confidence in core leadership team is growing, even in uncertain economic times. Positive environmental impact and commitment to sustainability culture.
Cons
Uncertainty over future of remote vs in office work, although flexibility in the meantime is appreciated. Some benefits programs have been cut or reduced, doesn't seem as employee focused as before. As employees are feeling the squeeze of inflation, salaries only based on 'cost of labor' and this is disheartening.
