Pros

-every tool at your disposal and great brand recognition

Cons

-quotas are unreasonable given the current e-signature and document management space -leadership is dedicated to quiet cutting through their RevUp program -E-signature is being commoditized and this company will continue to shrink in headcount

Pros

OTE is decent and in line with other companies

Cons

Over the past year, the company’s culture has declined significantly. Many within the sales organization feel that leadership is not prioritizing their success or well-being. There appears to be a growing emphasis on customer self-service, while support and investment in the sales team have diminished. Despite statements suggesting support for sales, actions often reflect a reluctance to adequately compensate even top-performing representatives. If they can find a way to revoke commission, they will.
