Pros
-If you get a good territory you can make decent money -Good company for your resume -The people (other AEs) are cool
Cons
-Doing the same playbook over and over to the same accounts -Most expensive in the market and hard to sell in the SMB space when so many other companies are doing the exact same for less. Especially in this economy -What have you dont for me lately culture. You can hit goal for a few months but if you miss a month its a huge issue and mgmt gets on you hard about -Micro Management at an all time high -Leadership puts all the failures on on the AE's. Rather than the product, the competition, and the current economy
