Pros

Easy products to understand and sell, compensation, ESPP and RSUs can be pretty lucrative

Cons

Executive drama, mass layoffs every 6 months, company morale is low, and everyone is operating out of fear.

Pros

The pay is competitive at the senior level, coupled with RSUs and potential bonuses.

Cons

The executive team is very disconnected with the pulse and morale of the employees.

Pros

some friendly people work there

Cons

You are treated like a replaceable cog, like you have no value, by c level and senior management. The people who are valued the most are the "sensitive" get offended at even things not related to work or their own lives type who complain about folks they don't like but treat people like dirt themselves. Money is the bottom line no matter what.
