      - Strong sales leaders and teams - Great company growth

      Cons

      - Leadership is inconsistent at best so many operations are dysfunctional - Culture on specific teams is very unfriendly and cold

      Pros

      The people at DocuSign are super smart, hyper focused, and super motivated. Everyone here is professional and nice to work with. Everyone is willing to go out of their way to help and ensure the continued success at DocuSign. We continue to grow as a company and with that growth there are plenty of opportunities for people to grow too, in their lives and careers.

      Cons

      With our continued growth comes continued work. Things move at light speed here and sometimes it can be difficult to move that quickly for extended periods of time.
