Good Benefits, PTO and learning opportunities. Paternity leave policy recently updated. Coworkers are great.

Cons

Middle management is poor, Lots of growing pains, Employees moving internally get shorted in salary- promotes "boomerang" employment. Many people leave for much higher pay.

Work, Teams, Technologies and Flexibility. Good balance of innovation and stability. Great work culture, good snacks options, free lunch on couple of days of week.

Cons

Gym membership missing and Commuter benefits/Bonus could be higher.
