Shalom DS Israel ... thanks for sharing your thoughts. My sources tell me the Israeli office got a coffee machine upgrade. Am I wrong? Or am I missing something? What is a DocuCoffee?

Pros

Smart teammates Relaxed atmosphere Fast growing, always new people to meet!

Cons

Collab across timezones is difficult, senior management need to do more. Some politics at certain management levels, but this has improved massively

Good pay, free trip to Seattle for a week, customer are usually nice

Cons

micromanagement, loud offices, rude colleagues, very poor social game
