Pros

I really enjoy working at DocuSign on the mobile team. Here are a list of the pros: - Great work atmosphere. - Really smart people all around who are really passionate about the product. - Awesome learning opportunities. - Get to participate in developer conferences. - Free lunch couple of days a week.

Cons

I have been at the company for about 6 months, and I cannot think of any cons off the top of my head. One concern I had was no match toward 401-k but that is set to begin soon, so thank you, DocuSign.

Pros

DocuSign offers a work environment that is both equally social and generous. Everyone is welcoming and there is a great sense of 'team.' Everyone is also very willing to lend a hand and offer their tips for success.

Cons

The MDR role can get repetitive after a while, but the monthly compensation offered for excelling is definitely worth it.

Great people, fun work environment, food and snacks (including avocados!), benefits (401k matching finally, commuter benefits, ESPP, full health, dental, vision), exciting work and vision for the company

Cons

Hard to work with certain teams that are always "resource constrained" or working on a backlog, lower than market compensation for base salary
