      Great work culture, competitive package, good stock options , good snacks options/ free lunch on couple of days of week

      growing pain, work space is small as there are hiring

      Pros

      DocuSign it is a company with tremendous potential. Still a bit under 3,000 employees, but with a global footprint and rapid growth, is in a great position to hit a long stretch of expansion, from a product standpoint and geographically. Culture is very open minded, really respectful of previous experience and welcoming. They know they have a strong market position, but take nothing for granted. Very focused on Customer Success as a key driver for growth.

      Cons

      Growing pains like any other organization growing rapidly. I believe it can accommodate easily people coming from larger orgs or startups.

      good balance of innovation and stability, always open for improvements and better practices your opinion will be taken into account safe and comfortable environment great diversity of talent and cultures

      Cons

      since it is not a startup but a bigger company now, you might notice some signs of that corporate culture, which some might not to like
