Benefits, Perks, so diverse, flexible working schedule and a lot of friendly, talented/smart people to work with.

Cons

A little slow on interview scheduling ones the recruiter contacted you. You just have to be patient to wait for the next call from the recruiter. But it wouldn't hurt to follow up to get status or some feedback if you are really interested to work for a great company.

openness for new ideas. freedom to say and do what you believe in lots of opportunities to those who are willing to take them

Cons

as a remote office, it sometimes hard to get HQ's attention.
