I experienced more competition between the sales org and solution engineering/consulting department and I do think its how the organization is structured.

-Great effort throughout whole company -Great people -Benefits

Cons

-Education budget can only be used on what makes sense for your role. This is different than for companies like Salesforce where you can also spend on coaching or books or in general, personal development. -There was sometimes a distrusting environment between solutions consultant and account executives. I noticed it was mostly coming from the structure created upper hand.
