Pros

You learn every aspect of being a great leader within the company. Diversity Training, HR training, food safety training all that is taught by very knowledgeable people who actually care. I’ve learned more in the past few months then I have in my many years in the business. There is much room for advancement and plenty of room for pay raise. Most of the management team, including supervisors has been with the company for many years. One weekend off every 5 weeks.

Cons

None so far except the fact that all you spend 10 hours a day on your feet, constantly moving so make sure you wear your comfy shoes and bring some Advil!

Pros

The company used to be great when Ed Dougherty was running it.

Cons

Here is a company that causes major nervous breakdowns amongst its management. They offer no assistance or help to anyone needing to talk to someone. When you take it upon yourself 2 get a therapist willing to speak with you upper management threatens to fire you for being on the phone. If you would have listened to me for the first seven years oh, maybe I wouldn't have needed a therapist. Also very rough to take a company seriously when you're a director of training tells you to go f yourself
