Cons

This company is very transparent and believes that everyone should have a life outside of work. I feel that this company grows and improves with every new challenge our industry is introduced to. I feel that there are no cons with this company

By far the best company I have ever worked for and seeing as i plan to continue my employment until retirement will remain the best. Flexible scheduling pto full benefits and 401k most importantly a realist mentality compatible with emergency situations and family orientation as well as generous compensation and bonus structure

Cons

My only con is not starting employment sooner
