Benefits for salaried almost immediately, 1 weekend off a month with 2 consecutive days. Pay is pretty good.

Cons

Staffing issues, overly optimistic corporate with daily ongoing issues.

Pros

As a newbie to the restaurant industry, I find my coworkers and supervisors extremely supportive of my professional growth. They are constantly looking for learning opportunities for me and both push me out of my comfort zone while being extremely receptive to my outside point of view. I feel extremely valued. On a more general note, Doherty seems to be very employee focused. There is a strong culture of acknowledgement and appreciation at every level that is continuously expressed. Doherty really is a great place to work.
