Pros

I recently started working at Doherty. I joined the team a little afraid that I wasn't going to connect with anyone because I'm in my early 20's and the large majority of the team is old- however, this wasn't the case. I LOVE that everyone makes an effort to teach me new things while being open to learning about my perspective AND actually trying to supplement the old with the new. I can see myself growing here and I'm excited to see how Doherty evolves overtime.

Cons

There's a lack of diversity among the corporate office team.

The interview process went smoothly. I had a couple of interviews with different management from within and I also did a Day in the life.This is a great company to work for the sky is the limit as far as potential to grow with the company. They usually always promote from within.
