Make cash daily No waiting for paychecks Benefits and paid vacation for full time employees

Cons

A $2.13 hourly wage means being completely reliant on the generosity of patrons for their tips After taxes, never receive a paycheck Earnings are very inconsistent making it difficult to budget and count on consistent pay The only way to make enough money to live is to close on a regular basis, making it imperative to work very long hours late into the night.

Hello and thank you for providing your opinion. Yes, the restaurant industry is one of many that has tipped positions, bartender being one of them. We do however have other positions that you may be interested in like Prep or Line Cook that is not a tipped position.
