Doherty is an extremely friendly work environment! People are very willing to help with any questions as a new employee and open to new ideas. Although I am a new employee, the group has treated me with a lot of respect and value.

Cons

Thanks for your feedback and nice to hear we are competitive with benefits and wages, we do our best to provide great healthcare at affordable premiums. About the compliments, they are determined by many factors, and to be the best and deliver the best we need to continue to remain true to our standards. We look to remedy this by looking at how we can reduce workload for example moving from weekly inventories to bi-weekly inventories, hope that provides insight, we appreciate the time you took to comment.

Pros

The amount of new things encountered is immense, but in a good way. The trainers were there for me every step of the way. TGM and AM's are helpful in a big way. They have patience and are willing to take the time to answer questions.

Cons

Asterisk next to this con since I cant see Panera doing it any other way but the training program is A LOT for an old dog like me. The 7 weeks at first seemed like overkill but NOW I see it may not be enough!! I am however getting there with the help of mgmt. and the trainers.
