      Good place to work, but many hours.

      Pros

      You work with many good people and are properly trained. Vacation time and benefits are also very good. The office is close and has a good support system.

      Cons

      The combination of long hours and time of day are not always cohesive with a good quality of life. Most stores are closed for Christmas and Thanksgiving. Leadership is sometimes lacking at an in store level and there are not many checks and balances with store management.

      Pros

      GREAT company if you work in the restaurants - lots of promotion, bonus, and training opportunities.

      Cons

      AWFUL company if you work for corporate. Low pay, low morale and low amount of staff for the numbers of stores that you are responsible for. Managers will talk alot about the promotion opportunities, which never occur. Office staff includes alot of older, angry, dissatisfied employees who are no fun to work with.
