You don't always get the support you need from your fellow managers.

You work for tips not a salary so as long as your able to get good shifts and want to work you will make much more.

Cons

Its a go nowhere job that you can get stuck doing.

The ease of hiring process until the time you start on your first day is great. They're very thorough to be able to get you started without any worry. Overall, training for an outside hire to a management position was very structured and detailed oriented to get you prepared for your shifts.

Cons

Integration of programs used for operations to prevent multiple source for ease of flow of service.
