Nothing comes to mind for pros about this company.

Cons

They burnout their employees, and the pay doesn't reflect the work people put in. They drive out all of the good people due to poor management and leadership and very poor communication, often times springing news and changes on staff last minute causing more stress and worry and negatively affecting the business, employees, and customers.

I was with Dohrn for just under a year. I had 5 different managers. Only 1 took a little time to show me the process of a couple things. The job was easy but the environment was so unpredictable. The last manager I had gave me the look when I’d ask a question. No support, considering I had VERY LITTLE training and worked with people who were out for themselves. I was very disappointed in the inability to hire capable managers and all the back stabbing to make themselves look good.
