Inept management with unclear and constantly changing expectations. Top down communication is nonexistent, employees are routinely blind-sided by monumental changes without warning. The constant message that "we're all a big family" means this really stings for those that actually buy into that crap. Overall this leads to a stressful environment, constant turnover of most positions, and an ever-increasing workload for those who stick around. Management fails to recognize the impact of this employee retention issue on pretty much every performance metric they chase.

Management is a joke. They say no more remote work. Must be in office. But, look out in the parking lot at any time of the day you won't see their cars. They're working from home or just gone. You get harassed for taking sick time, they don't care about your health. NO SICK DAYS. you must use your own earned pto if you're sick. Rules should be the same for everyone. There shouldn't be a hierarchy for rules just in terms of management. If you want us here all the time then you better be too to at least set a good example.
