Pros

All the hours you want. The work is here if your wanting a full 40 hours plus. Running Wisconsin is a good trip too.

Cons

A lot of the equipment needs some upgrades. Like anywhere there is always something that will need a trip to the shop.

Pros

You will get lots of hours, 50 - 55 hours a week no problem. It is a very laid back work environment, without very much micro managing. Health and Dental insurance are decent.

Cons

No overtime until after you have worked there for 3 years. Yes really, they won't pay you overtime after 40 hours and no it is not illegal. No vacation for your first year. 2nd and 3rd shift are the only options for dock workers. It's a revolving door for both management and hourly employees.
