Dohrnjust gave drivers a 3 dollar a hour raise plus ot back its been a rough last 6yrs but gary said we would all get paid back if we stuck with him . I did not believe it he kept his word plus a lot more than we ever expected so to gary and marsha dohrn thank you drivers in midwest looking for a excellent job give them a call you won't be sorry

Pros

Great people to work for, Its a small company so its easy to jump in and feel like part of the family, sky is the limit.

Cons

Raises are few and far between. Reviews/Raises rarely happen and if they do its usually random. Salaried employees are treated more like hourly-It shows your amount broken down by hour on your paystub, if the office is closed (black friday) you have to take PTO or you wont get paid. They are ok with you working 80 hours a week but if you work less than 40 they dont pay you. They expect you to work all the time, vacation is frowned upon, flexibility is minimal. No Christmas Party- Most people would think this is not a big deal, but having a Christmas party is a way to say "Thanks" to all of your employees.That would cost Dohrn money so it doesnt happen.
