Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. DoiT did go through a Re-Org in February 2025 to right size our global team to better align with our new go-to-market and service strategies. As a result of these changes, a number of incredibly talented team members moved on from the company with our full support and generous severance. We care deeply about our current and former team members, and we also have an obligation to ensure we continue to scale the company with intention and strategies designed to ensure our continued growth and success. How we approached those changes - and who specifically was impacted - was governed by best practices and country specific employment laws. And as an aside, we do have an automated reminder for new hires to consider reviewing their interview experience with DoiT in their early days while its fresh in their mind, but this is not at all a requirement or anything managers follow up on as all reviews are anonymous. We're grateful for every Do'er that shares their experience, but there is never any pressure with regard to what is shared about interviews or broader employment at DoiT in general.
