Thank you for the honest review. On your advice about internal promotion: 41 Doers were promoted in Q1 2026, and we post every role at careers.doit.com with a strong preference for internal candidates (even when it slows hiring). I honestly take this seriously. On work/life balance and politics, the specifics matter and a public reply can't do them justice. I'd genuinely like to hear more directly, if you're open to it. Still a fully remote organisation

Cons

Feels like the organisation has saturated with many things. It is all about bean counting now. Innovation, collaboration has dried up. Hierarchy has creeped in along with pointless workflows.

Generating new business is the core aspect of the Account Executive role at DoiT, and we offer a very structured onboarding experience for new members of our Sales Team with an Onboarding Bootcamp and Sales Academy. When there are performance concerns, we follow a standardized Performance Improvement process that highlights any concerns or gaps along with a clear definition of incremental process needed as we look to get things back on track, with clear check-ins and progress updates all along the way so there are zero surprises.
