Pros

Work life balance, experienced teammates ready to help, good compensation and benefits, unlimited vacation/sick days, fast growing company.

Cons

So far no cons. I think it would be very difficult to find faults in the company. I'm sure you will find some if you look hard enough. But for me, I'm happy.

Good company culture overall. I work with a lot of brilliant, kind, and thoughtful people, and I am given a great deal of autonomy.

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement, and whatever process might lead to such advancement seems obscure and impossible to navigate.
