      Pros

      Pay is good, employee insurance options are great, the 401(k) match is super high at 9%, ESOP acts as a 2nd retirement plan and gets generously funded (more than match most years), minimal bureaucracy, freedom to shape your own destiny at the company, leadership is available to talk to employees at any level in the company.

      Cons

      Smaller company, so they're not going to send you off to some exotic location for work... all the work is in California though, not a bad place to be.
