      Pros

      Best place to work! Incredible culture where employees are empowered to think creatively and are supported while they grow their career. We all have a lot of fun delivering interesting projects for communities we care about. We are cross-trained on the various disciplines which helps us see the big picture and makes us more effective. I feel very fortunate to have landed at Dokken.

      Lack of training. Poor mentorship. Lack of experienced leaders in the department. Unsupportive leadership. Extremely high turnover in marketing department. Unrealistic expectations. Lack of upward mobility for department. Flexible hours sold in interview never materialized. No remote work available.
