Dolby is a great brand to work for with some exceptional engineers and terrific technology. Overall the people are great and the work environment fun. Good opportunities to work in other markets and love the off Fridays

Cons

Terrible marketing leadership who don't have the experience, charisma or determination to pull the team together and lead strategically rather than tactically.

People are very nice. There are snacks and fruits every day in the pantry. We have lunch with colleagues every day and constantly there are gatherings for dinner or other events. The working hours are quite flexible. No overworking hours unless you voluntarily do so yourself.

Cons

No HC at the moment. Would love to stay here.
