      Great company. The rest of the buisness is doing a great job. The IT shop hasn't gotten on board.

      Cons

      5 CIOs in 5 years makes for an IT organization with no direction. Those flying under the radar can make life challenging for everyone.

      People are great to work with at this company. THey are very personable and friendly. Lots of engineers and down to earth individuals.

      Cons

      Limited career development. There are not alot of career goals. It seems like the position you get hired into will be the position you stay with for awhile.

      Revolving door in marketing and sales leadership, lack of focus in executing new products, mixed record on integrating acquistions, annual review process has become highly political - a popularity contest, poor work-life balance, the "new" Dolby has less respect for the individual
