      Good culture and people

      Pros

      Work life balance and high knowledge level of employees. Plenty of time off and management and the company really know how to give you a good work / life balance mix. Benefits are good. Good place to be an engineer because they are highly respected within the company and industry.

      Cons

      Not the best salary and stock option packages. If you like fast decision making and an extremely dynamic environment this is not the place. People and management generally move slowly and methodically.

      Every other Friday off. Stock performance is good. Business model is very solid. Innovation is encouraged.

      Consensus driven culture. Lack of competition drives a complacent pace of business with slow decision making.

      Great brand, excellent management team, integrity.

      Cons

      Overwhelming work load. This is due to a very good problem to have: many, many opportunities. It's just hard to prioritize what should get immediate focus.
