Pros

Decent pay. Not much else to say, unfortunately.

Cons

Poor leadership at the executive and senior level. No vision. Poor decisions. Very political. Too many competing stakeholders in decision making processes. Everything moves painfully slowly. Overall, totally ineffective organization.

Pros

Really nice people to work with. Managers and team leads give good feedback. Every other Friday is off! Interesting projects throughout the company.

Cons

Upper management is a little too focused on keeping operational costs shaved to the bare minimum. This not necessarily a bad thing, but I think they push this concept a bit over the edge in the wrong direction.
