Pros

Great people. Non-political work environment. High-tech & entertainment. Exceptional brand. New Marketing Org brings strong leadership - great CMO. Genuine, inspiring and fun Marketing team. Recent changes in how the team is working has really improved communications.

Cons

This is hard work! Lots of change - not always in the direction you want. Need more people to share the load.

Pros

9/80, work life balance. ATMOS has real potential

Cons

General lack of vision. No real-software-engineering processes in place. Offshoring of lots engineering positions and utterly clueless regarding anything audio that is not a licensable codec technology.

Pros

best part of the job is every other friday off

Cons

it takes 25 people on a committee to make every small decision, so weird. not a marketing driven co. the markting dept is a disaster-onstant change and they hire $$$$$ consultants to tell them what to do but then have no money to execute it!? they have consultants leading the mktg dept-so strange. seems like they cant figure out how to market the company or what are the right marketing budgets are.
