Pros

I honestly can't think of many pros, health insurance, maybe.

Cons

I would not recommend working here. There is no order, leadership, or transparency. Insecurity breeds insecurity and is not a welcoming place for learning or growing, or asking questions. Nobody is quite sure what is getting done at the Exec (or any) level, and your job will likely seem like you are shooting in the dark most of the time. Seems like financial security is always in question, which makes everyone feel on edge, not to mention constant layoffs. There are meetings about meetings, but nothing progresses except by a few people who carry most of the work but are not rewarded. It's a wonder how they've been around for this long. New generation is just riding on the coattails of the old generation, who seemed actually to enjoy the work and therefore be innovative—an absolute corporate nightmare. Avoid if possible.

Pros

Leadership in the media tech space. Great people. Good benefits.

Cons

Poor leadership with lack of vision. Internal politics and frequent reorgs. Highly vertical structure favors new and loud voices even where ideas or direction is questionable or short-sighted.
