Pros

Interesting technology, long horizons, lots of smart people, plenty of good initiatives in play, decent benefits, good work life balance (in the US we get every 2nd Friday off).

Cons

Its not a typical product tech company. The business is all about delivering licensed technology into a complicated eco-system. And there are pros and cons to this.

Pros

Truly inclusive management respect and decision making. Opportunity galore to grow and learn. The universal 9/80 work schedule is a definite draw. The ESPP program is also a big perk.

Cons

Salaries are not competitive in many areas of the business, and vacation accrual is capped at 2 weeks per year, and must be accrued before expending, but can grow to an overall cap.
