      Pros

      Total package compensation (including bonus and RSUs) is very good. The work is technically very interesting especially if you like coding, maths or audio. There are lots of experts and they're willing to share their knowledge. Good work flexibility options and generous leave policies. Senior leadership has put the personal safety of the employees first throughout the pandemic.

      Cross-geo collaboration with Europe can require calls in the early evening
