Great company. The environment is stable. The coworkers are competent which helps with a sometimes faced pace work experience. Also, the work building and neighborhood are convenient.

Cons

Can be hard to transfer laterally or into a different department if desired. Semi-large public company with specialized positions that somewhat minimize potential career growth for a young professional.
