      Some really smart, innovative people (also some people who just think they are) Every other Friday off

      Cons

      Management says they want feedback, but only if it is positive. Manager lowered my annual bonus due to what I answered in a supposedly anonymous survey

      Pros

      Dolby encourages employees to experiment and grow, which perfectly fits the DNA of this historic company. Fair salaries, good benefits, fun to be aligned with the entertainment business, nice people, 9/80 schedule is lovely. The company has particularly shone during the pandemic by taking care of employees in numerous ways.

      Cons

      Need to be mindful in the neighborhood, but excellent 24 security and safety measures.
