Some projects are really interesting. Dolby is not a company that makes money from displaying ads or just hosting a webpage on the internet.

Cons

Management is in alternate reality. Women are not treated equally to men. There's politics everywhere and decisions take way too long. I do not see any breakthrough technology in the pipeline.
