Pros

The Bank has a great culture especially in the Canton location. Our Employee Appreciation Committee goes out of their way to boost morale from team building, food days and many more ways of showing employees they are appreciated for their hard work. Whenever there is an issue, I can always count on my Manager or HR to provide me with the necessary resources or guidance that lets me know that they care for your future and career. Dollar Bank's benefits are outstanding, and they also have a very competitive PTO policy.

Cons

While pay for non-exempt employees may have been on the lower end of the industry in the past, the Bank has made great strides in bringing employee's salaries inline to be more competitive in the industry.

It’s a great company to work with an amazing team who genuinely care about you. Takes the time to train you fully. Benefits, PTO, 401K, etc.

Cons

The pay just isn’t where it’s at in this economy. Deciding factor in the choice to leave.
